WE ARE RECRUITING - PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHING ASSISTANTS | OLDHAM

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Oldham.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a UK-based school and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
  • Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom resources.
  • Supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour and development.
  • Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a UK-based school is essential.
  • SEN experience is highly desirable.
  • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3) are highly desirable.
  • A patient, proactive and flexible approach.
  • A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children.
