We are working with a welcoming educational setting in Leicester who are looking for an experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in the lives of pupils with additional and complex needs.

💙 The Ideal Candidate:

• MUST have previous experience supporting pupils with complex needs within a school or similar educational setting.
• Have experience supporting children with a range of additional needs.
• Be patient, nurturing, empathetic and resilient.
• Have a positive, proactive approach to supporting learning and development.
• Be confident providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Be available to start immediately.
• Be able to commit to a full-time position.

📢 IMPORTANT: Previous experience working with pupils with complex needs is essential. Candidates must be available for an immediate start and able to commit to full-time hours.
