Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher of Business Studies looking for flexible daily supply work across Liverpool? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting qualified Business Studies teachers to support secondary schools across the Liverpool area, with immediate starts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain experience in a range of school settings, maintain a flexible working pattern or explore new teaching opportunities.

The Role - Teacher of Business Studies

As a Supply Teacher of Business Studies, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to secondary school pupils across KS4 and KS5.
• Teach a range of topics including business ownership, marketing, finance, operations and business management.
• Follow existing lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
• Develop pupils' commercial awareness, business knowledge and understanding of the wider economic environment.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs and abilities of different pupils.
• Encourage independent thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support learning and maintain high educational standards.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this Teacher of Business Studies role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
• Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Business Studies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• The ability to inspire pupils and support their academic progress.
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach to daily supply work.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
