The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

  • Follow existing school planning and deliver pre-prepared lessons where required.

  • Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.

  • Adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

  • Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.

  • Quickly adapt to different school environments and teaching requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from qualified and experienced Primary Teachers, as well as ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

You'll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

  • Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • A flexible, reliable and positive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to quickly build relationships with pupils and staff.

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

ECTs are very welcome to apply.
