Art Teacher - Full-Time Long-Term Supply | Oldham |

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a qualified Art Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Oldham?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-regarded secondary academy in Oldham that is looking for a creative and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, long-term supply position running from now until February half term.

The Role

  • Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.15am-3pm
  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire students
  • Encouraging students to develop their artistic skills, confidence and creativity
  • Maintaining a positive, safe and focused classroom environment
  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners

The academy is keen to hear from ECTs, experienced QTS teachers and QTLS-qualified teachers with experience of teaching 11-16-year-olds.

What You'll Need

  • QTS, QTLS or ECT status
  • Experience teaching Art to secondary-aged pupils
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A full CV covering your employment and education history, with any gaps explained
  • The legal right to work in the UK

The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (where applicable) and satisfactory professional references.
