Nick joined Tradewind and SANZA in October 2014, following nearly 14 years’ experience with Capita and Hays. He brings a strong background in recruitment leadership and a deep understanding of the education sector.

Nick is an approachable and highly experienced leader who places significant value on people and their professional ambitions. His guiding principle, “make an impact”, was quickly embraced across the business and has since become
central to the way in which success is recognised and celebrated within the Company.

Nick’s focus is firmly on creating opportunities for high-performing employees while continuing to drive the business forward. During his tenure, the Company has expanded into Ireland and opened new offices in Nottingham, Hull, Preston, Bristol and Sheffield.

In addition, a Permanent Division and a Secondary Support Division have been successfully established, alongside significant growth in headcount across the majority of teams.

Under Nick’s leadership, the business continues to build momentum, with a clear focus on sustained growth and future opportunity.
