Ali Lincoln
Partnerships Director
With over 16 years in education recruitment and 14 years in leadership, Ali has partnered with hundreds of trusts across England, including some of the country’s largest. She also brings unique governance insight, having served as Governor, Vice Chair, and Chair of Governors since 2020.
Ali’s expertise lies in helping schools and trusts strengthen recruitment, boost retention, and raise the quality of education staff. By combining practical knowledge with innovative approaches, she ensures our partners attract the very best talent and make confident, strategic decisions for the future.
Laura Coghlan
Midlands Partnerships Manager
Laura has been part of the UK education landscape since 2009, working directly in Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities in London, Walsall and Birmingham as a teacher, Deputy Head, curriculum leader, and more. She knows first-hand the pressures leaders balance, from strategic priorities to daily operational challenges.
Building on that foundation, Laura went on to lead regional partnerships across the West Midlands, delivering high-impact Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for school staff. Today, she channels that experience into helping trusts secure motivated, high-quality staff while driving financial efficiency, ensuring partnerships make a tangible difference.
Abbie Moxham
North West Partnerships Manager
Abbie brings both personal passion and professional experience to her role, with a background rooted in education and a family history in the sector. She understands the realities schools face, from funding constraints and staffing pressures to growing SEN needs, and translates that understanding into meaningful, value-driven partnerships.
By focusing on both financial sustainability and enriching student opportunities, Abbie helps Multi-Academy Trusts across the North West build long-lasting relationships that truly support their communities.
