New Candidate Portal FAQs
As part of our recent system upgrade, you can now view and download payslips through your candidate portal.
Our commitment to our candidates extends far beyond merely finding them a new role, we invest in our systems and platforms which is why we have introduced a new system upgrade.
If you have not yet accessed the new portal please follow the below steps:
- Click the new portal link below
- Select ‘Forgot Password’
- Enter your existing username. This will be the same email address you previously used to access the portal
- You will receive an email containing a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create your new password and access the portal
