Our Liverpool team are excited to announce a very special and exclusive online event that we have created specifically for ECTs! This February, we’re giving you the opportunity to get interview advice from leading educational figures followed by us then speaking to actively recruiting headteachers on your behalf - giving you a massive advantage when it comes to securing that all important ECT induction year!
What to expect
This is a closed and exclusive event that we’re inviting a limited number of ECTs to. We will offer you advice and guidance and speak to you about ECT opportunities across the North West. This is a unique opportunity to be front of the line to secure an ECT role for September 2022.
Masterclass session covering;
- Interview Guidance & Strategies
- Meet our team and learn about the schools and roles we have to offer
- Senior Leadership Team insights
- What the interview process is
- What Headteachers are looking for during lesson observations
- What questions Headteachers are likely to ask and the top-level answers they are looking for
Followed by:
You will then have the opportunity to have a mock interview with a current headteacher who will give professional feedback. Afterwards, we will start speaking to actively recruiting headteachers on your behalf, aiming to impress them and discuss their permanent roles and hopefully secure an interview for you!
