Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by Tradewind Recruitment, operating as part of the Abaco Recruitment Group (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The Outstanding Educator Awards opens on 20 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12 June 2026. Nominations received outside this period will not be included in the prize draw.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Nominations must be submitted for a teacher or educator currently employed through Tradewind Recruitment.
To be eligible for the prize draw, the nominated educator must have worked through Tradewind Recruitment at any point between 1 January 2026 and the closing date of the promotion.
The £250 prize will be awarded to one nominated educator, selected at random from all eligible nominations.
Employees of Tradewind Recruitment, SANZA Teaching Agency, and any company within the Abaco Recruitment Group are not eligible to participate.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a £250 Amazon voucher (“the Prize”). The Prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Following the close of the Promotion Period, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified within 7 days using the contact details provided in the survey.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Data Protection
Personal data submitted as part of the survey will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Data will be used solely for administering this promotion unless the entrant provides explicit consent for additional contact or marketing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- lost, incomplete or delayed entries;
- technical faults, system failures, or other issues that may prevent participation;
- any loss or damage resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes to the Promotion Period will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
