Sunday Times Top 100 2020
Last year we celebrated our hat-rick of being placed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and now, for the 4th year running we’re so proud to announce that we’ve done it AGAIN!
We really do try hard to make sure that we create the best working environment and culture for our teams to help make them happy and enable them to perform at their best. However, we do have a massive head start by being able to work with so many passionate teachers, teaching assistants and support staff plus witnessing the dedication of our schools day in, day out, definitely brightens our day and inspires us all to do that bit better!
Founder and CEO of The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies, Jonathan Austin commends our achievements: "I would like to congratulate Tradewind Recruitment on achieving a Three Star Accreditation and being named as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work for. Best Companies has been acknowledging excellence in the workplace since 2006 when we launched our Michelin style accreditation standard. We are proud to work with organisations like Tradewind who focus on their people and as such have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that they’re a best company to work for.”
A Three Star Accreditation is the highest awarding category (categories in order start from an entry level ‘Ones to watch’ progressing up to the next level of a One Star, then Two Stars, with the highest accolade being a Three Star), marking ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement, so we’re pretty proud!
Our CEO, Nick Murphy comments “For the fourth consecutive year I am so proud of our teams to have been awarded a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places to work list. Once again, we gained the highest possible accolade with a 3 star rating. Individually each member of our team is exceptionally talented and dedicated, and collectively, we are a powerhouse devoted to delivering exceptional customer service for our schools and staff. Great culture. Great people. Great results. Our people matter most. Thank you to all for your support!”
