Research Project Terms & Conditions

Details on our prize draw and participation incentive.

Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This research project is organised by Tradewind Recruitment and Sanza Teaching Agency, both operating as part of the Abaco Recruitment Group ("the Organiser").

The research will be conducted on the Organiser's behalf by Fruto Limited ("the Research Partner"), an independent market research agency responsible for administering and delivering the research activities.

2. Research Process

The research consists of two phases:

Phase 1: An online survey.

Phase 2: A follow-up interview phase involving a limited number of participants selected from those who complete the survey.

Completion of Phase 1 does not guarantee selection for Phase 2.

Participants selected for each phase will be contacted directly by the Research Partner with further information regarding the process, participation requirements and timelines.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to school leaders and other authorised representatives of UK schools who are completing the research on behalf of their school.

Participants must be aged 18 or over.

Employees of Tradewind Recruitment, Sanza Teaching Agency, Fruto Limited, or any company within the Abaco Recruitment Group are not eligible to participate.

Only one survey submission per person is permitted.

4. Phase 1 Survey Prize Draw

All eligible participants who complete the Phase 1 survey before the stated closing date will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

One winning school will receive a £100 Amazon voucher ("the Prize").

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents.

The Prize will be awarded to the participating school and not to the individual respondent.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the survey. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

Participation in Phase 2 is not required to be eligible for the prize draw.

5. Phase 2 Interview Participation Incentive

A limited number of survey respondents may be invited to participate in Phase 2 of the research.

Schools represented by participants who are selected for Phase 2 and successfully complete all required interview activities will receive a £100 voucher ("the Participation Incentive").

The Participation Incentive is separate from the prize draw described in Section 4 and is not awarded by chance.

The Participation Incentive will be awarded to the participating school and not to the individual respondent.

The Participation Incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Eligibility Requirements for the Participation Incentive

To qualify for the Participation Incentive, selected participants must:

Accept the invitation to participate in Phase 2.

Complete all required interview and research activities communicated by the Research Partner.

Provide requested information within the specified timescales.

Remain enrolled in the research until all Phase 2 activities have been completed.

Participants who withdraw before completing all required Phase 2 activities will not be eligible to receive the Participation Incentive.

Participants who withdraw from the research before the Participation Incentive has been issued to their school will forfeit their eligibility to receive it.

The Organiser and Research Partner reserve the right to determine whether participation requirements have been satisfactorily completed.

7. Data Protection

Personal data submitted as part of the research will be processed by the Organiser and the Research Partner in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and their respective privacy policies.

Data collected through the research will be used for research, analysis and reporting purposes and for administering the prize draw and any subsequent research phases.

Participants may be contacted by the Research Partner regarding selection and other matters relating to the administration of the research.

Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent has been provided.
