We’ve achieved REC Audit certification, reaffirming our commitment to the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance. This ensures that everyone entering your school is thoroughly vetted and fully prepared.

We’ve also launched our Partnerships Team, dedicated to supporting multi-academy trusts with a more strategic and consistent approach to staffing. By working closely with trusts, we’re able to help develop long-term, cost-effective staffing solutions that bring stability across schools.

And through our partnership with The National College, every Tradewind candidate now has free access to a broad range of CPD and statutory training. This ensures the staff joining your classrooms are continually developing their skills—without additional cost to your school.
