That’s why we launched the Work Experience Reward Programme to help schools meet career goals by covering student travel costs. Transport shouldn’t stand in the way of real-world experience.
How does it work?
It’s easy! Every time you book and use a supply staff member through Tradewind, you’ll earn credit. The more you use us between September 2, 2025, and June 26, 2026, the more support your school will receive in July 2026.
We’ll keep you updated on your progress throughout the year so you can plan.
Why we’re supporting careers access
New government guidance expects schools to provide 5 days of careers-focused activities in KS3 and 5 days in KS4, including at least one work experience placement.
These experiences are crucial for broadening horizons and building essential future skills. However, many students miss out simply because of the cost or complexity of travel. Our programme is designed to close that gap.
