Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new long term (potentially turning permanent) position?


Tradewind are currently recruiting for an excellent, experienced administrator, to work in a school setting, in their examination department. You will initially be employed on a temporary 'ongoing' basis, but this may turn into a permanent position for the right candidate. We would anticipate a minimum length of 6 months for this contract, if the candidate is interested and enjoys the position. This school is in Hull, and is easily accessible via public transport. The working hours for the setting are 8:30-5pm Monday- Thursday with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday. Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will need to be completed or you must have a current DBS on the DBS update service. Payment for this position is £10.00 per hour. We are looking for a practitioner to start ASAP, who is free to work full time.

Data Inputting
Liaising with exam bodies for awards
Student data and statistics
Student-related systems
Dealing with queries from curriculum managers

Skills needed for this role include:

Excellent use of IT including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages
Ability to interpret data
High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Discretion in the handling and management of sensitive information
Experience of working within a busy office/admin role previously
Ability to prioritise and respond effectively to competing demands
Ability to respond positively to varied workload
