Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking to employ a part-time children's worker to help supervise play in an After School Club at a school in Bristol. If you are passionate about having loads of energetic fun with children, promoting learning and demonstrating outstanding safeguarding practice then we want to hear from you.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Candidates for this post are expected to share this commitment. All applicants will be subject to vetting including a DBS disclosure.

Duties will include (but not limited too):
*Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the members of the club
*To be responsible for the management of behaviour of members of the club
*Support the aims and ethos of the school
*To be aware and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
*Encourage parental involvement and support the club
*To act as an adult role model and support the school policies when dealing with children or visitors to the school

*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in childcare
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
