Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide essential technical support to various school departments. Set up and maintain equipment for classrooms, laboratories, and workshops, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, collaborating with teachers and staff to address challenges and maintain the functionality of educational tools and resources.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on school equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff to support the integration of technology into the curriculum. Assist in preparing and executing practical demonstrations and experiments.
Health and Safety: Uphold and enforce health and safety protocols across various school settings, promoting a secure and conducive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualification or experience in a related field.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
