Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ” Leading Attendance-Related Queries: As our Attendance Officer, you'll be the go-to person for all attendance-related matters. From monitoring daily attendance to addressing concerns, you'll play a vital role in ensuring students are present and engaged in their education.

๐Ÿค Liaising with Local Authorities: You'll work closely with local authorities to ensure compliance with attendance regulations and guidelines. Your strong communication skills will facilitate effective partnerships, fostering a supportive network for our students.

๐Ÿ’ผ Collaborating with Senior Leadership: You'll collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for improving attendance rates and addressing any underlying issues. Your insights and proactive approach will contribute to a positive school culture focused on student success.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Engaging with Parents: Building strong relationships with parents is essential. You'll communicate regularly with parents, providing support and guidance to promote regular attendance and parental involvement in their child's education.

๐Ÿ“Š Tracking and Updating Attendance Reports: Accuracy is key! You'll maintain meticulous records of student attendance, tracking trends and identifying areas for improvement. Your attention to detail will ensure that attendance reports are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Requirements:

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, social work, or related field.

๐Ÿ—ฃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and attendance tracking software.

๐ŸŒŸ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

๐Ÿค Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“ž Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
