About the Opportunity:

• Exciting opportunity for an experienced behaviour mentor in Bedford.
• 12-week program for students at risk of exclusion from mainstream school.
• Term time position.
• with 32 hours of work during term time plus 4 weeks during holidays.

About the School:

• Provides outstanding alternative educational provision and support for secondary-age students.
• Focus on fostering positive behaviours, attitudes, and aspirations.

Role Description:

• Support students in developing positive behaviours, attitudes, and aspirations.
• Assist in reintegration into mainstream schools or progress into further education.
• Support the Head of School in behaviour support, including strategy development.
• Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Term time role with occasional travel within Buckinghamshire.

• Experience in similar educational or behaviour management settings.
