Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Rotherham

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising students in the absence of a teacher, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and materials effectively.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Providing support to students in their learning activities.
- Liaising with teaching staff and management to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A passion for supporting the learning and development of young people.
