Cover Supervisor - SEMH School Support

Tradewind Education is currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide support to secondary age students in a Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) school located in Halewood. This role involves supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment, and assisting students with their educational and emotional needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH students and a commitment to promoting their well-being and academic progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary age students in an SEMH setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to support student's emotional and educational needs effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
