An outstanding 2 form entry school located in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed teacher who is eager to develop their skills and progress in their teaching career. Responsibilities of the Early Career Teacher (ECT) include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge all pupils, ensuring progress and attainment.
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support to improve learning outcomes.
Collaborating with colleagues to plan, deliver and evaluate the curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of all pupils.
Promoting positive behaviour, managing challenging behaviour effectively and ensuring a safe and secure learning environment.
Participating in the school's CPD programme, engaging in professional learning and contributing to school development.
Engaging with parents and carers to promote positive relationships and support pupil learning and progress.

The successful candidate will hold QTS and be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. They will be highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to their own professional development.
