Position: Early Years Teacher

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Bolton

Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: September 2024, Interviewing ASAP

Salary: £140 - £200 per day (subject to experience)

This is a full-time position, beginning in September 2024, and you will be required to finish the academic year. This position is open to temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

Based in the Bolton area, the 2-form entry, Church of England school prides themselves on their ability to create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for every pupil to thrive.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Due to the position being based in EYFS, you must have a strong knowledge and understanding of phonics phases to support early reading and writing.
  • Assess, record and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils
  • You will work as part of a dedicated team of teachers and support staff, sharing ideas and resources to provide a creative and stimulating learning environment.
  • The successful candidate will have experience of teaching EYFS or Lower Key Stage 1 and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering excellent results.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Confident in planning and delivering creative lessons
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
  • Passion for creating a positive and impactful learning experience for all students.
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
