Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Recent completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or currently enrolled in an accredited ECT induction program.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
