*This school is an "Outstanding" Ofsted graded school in West London, which is oversubscribed and one of the most popular secondary schools in Hounslow.
*The SLT is very experienced and the Head of Department for English is part of the SLT as an Assistant Head.
*The school is passionate about the learning and development of their students, the results and how their teachers are trained, supported and developed throughout their time at the school.
*This Secondary School do everything they can to invest in their people and look after them to ensure a low staff turnover in the school.
*The school runs a variety of school trips as well as development programmes including residential trips and also extracurricular activities for the students.

*The English Department is a large department of 15 members of staff with a Head of Department who is also an Assistant Head on the Senior Leadership Team.
*The ideal English NQT will be dynamic and committed to continuing in their pass to success.
*The team has a Head of Department and Subject leader of English.
*Whilst the English department will only have one NQT, there will be other NQTs in the school for other subjects.
*This permanent role requires the successful candidate to teach English from KS3 to KS5.
*The school will accept applications from NQTs who show promise to grow in to be a good or outstanding teacher.
