Responsibilities: As an English Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape students' literacy skills and nurture their passion for reading and writing. Your main responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that encompass various aspects of language, literature, and literacy skills.

Teaching and exploring a range of texts, including novels, plays, poetry, and non-fiction, to develop students' analytical and interpretive abilities.

Encouraging active participation and facilitating meaningful classroom discussions that foster critical thinking and effective communication.

Providing constructive feedback on written work and supporting students in honing their writing skills.

Collaborating with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and extracurricular activities related to English language and literature.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field (PGCE/QTS preferred).

Proven experience teaching English to secondary school students.

A passion for English language and literature, with the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to create innovative lesson plans that cater to students' diverse learning needs.
