Tradewind are supporting a fantastic Primary School based in Coventry that are looking to appoint an experienced School Administrator on a temp to perm basis through agency. The Office Manager is ideally looking for someone who is experienced and has a proven track record as an School Administrator, preferably with experience at a senior level. The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in school office management

We are looking for a well-organised, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual who will assist the Office Manager and Business Manager. It is a busy and varied role; the ideal candidate will be able to supervise school administration in the absence of the Office Manager, providing support to the School Business Manager, Senior Leadership Team and the Full Governing Body.

The right candidate will:

* Have vast and demonstrable experience of school administration
* Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Be able to identify work priorities and manage own workload to meet deadlines
* Have high attention to detail as well as demonstrating accuracy
* Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Be able to supervise others
* Have excellent numeracy/literacy/ICT skills
* Understand the importance of confidentiality and integrity at work
* Have the ability to use their own initiative in the work place
* Show commitment, complete reliability, discretion and will lead by example
* Have experience with CMIS/SIMS, HR portal, Finance such as dinner money and trip money
* be willing to work flexibly to attend evening meetings where required
