If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEND support.

The Role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEND support, you will work closely with our dedicated team of educators to provide tailored assistance to pupils with special educational needs. Your role will involve:
- Providing one-on-one support to SEND pupils during classroom activities and lessons.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for SEND students.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as SENCOs and external specialists, to ensure the holistic development and well-being of SEND pupils.
- Creating a nurturing and supportive environment where all children feel valued and included.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, particularly those with SEND, is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children in their early years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both students and colleagues.
- Flexibility, patience, and empathy when working with children who have diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, education, or special educational needs would be advantageous.
