Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Saltley who are currently looking for a EYFS Teacher to start with them after February half term.

The school are looking for a full time EYFS Teacher to take on one of there Reception classes. They are happy to consider experienced or ECT but will not be able to support towards ECT term if an ECT is appointed. This is a fixed term contract to cover a MAT leave for two terms initially.

This post is to start after February half term, but the school can accommodate a different start date for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience in primary education.
• Passion for Early Years: Showcase your enthusiasm for shaping the foundation of young learners in the crucial Reception year.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage with both students and parents.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the classroom environment.
