Sanza Teaching Agency is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a delightful primary school in Sutton, South London. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to fostering the development and well-being of young learners.

Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Support children's learning and development through one-on-one and small group activities.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within the Early Years age range.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education would be advantageous but not essential.
