Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with children
- A valid DBS on the update service
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra assistance
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contributing to the development of engaging learning resources
- Participating in extracurricular activities and school events
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
