Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting others within education, and aspirations of going into teaching?

Do you want to gain experience within dynamic Primary classroom environments and learn from experiences Teachers?

Tradewind is actively seeking graduates across Cambridgeshire for year-long paid positions starting in September 2024 in our fantastic schools!

***Graduate Teaching Assistants wanted across Cambridgeshire

***Primary School placements in Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough, and many more locations

***Roles start in September 2024 for an entire academic year - £90 per day

***Open to all graduates with a 2:2 or above

***Opportunity for professional development when TA year is completed

Every year, Tradewind works with and supports a multitude of graduates looking to get into Education. We offer them their first chance to gain experience in classroom environments, within difference age groups across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. These roles are open across different primary schools, providing an excellent entry point into the education and teaching sector. While previous experience is not mandatory, a robust academic foundation, a vibrant and self-assured personality, and a diligent work ethic are crucial!

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you can anticipate the following benefits:

  • Valuable experience in a lively Primary School setting across EY - KS2
  • A paid position at £90 per day, starting in September 2024, for the entire academic year (based on performance)

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role necessitates:

  • A love for teaching and dedication to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities for ongoing progress in the classroom.
  • A degree (preferably at least 2:2), accompanied by good A-Level and GCSE grades.
  • Confidence and skill in engaging students from diverse backgrounds
