We are recruiting! We are currently looking for an excellent health and social care teacher to work two days a week at a good academy in Grimsby.

Tradewind are currently working with a good academy in Grimsby, searching for a Health and Social Care teacher to work two days per week to cover a sickness for an indefinite period of time. Currently this is expected to last until after the Easter period, possibly until the end of the year. This position will involve teaching A level students, as well as a Key Stage 4 students, so we would welcome applications from further education trained teachers. The days worked will be Thursday and Friday. In the future there may be room for a full time position, so please don't be deterred if you are looking for a full time position.

You will mostly be teaching Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students, so the ability to gain a good rapport with higher Key Stages is essential for this position. You will be expected to do all the planning and marking involved in a teaching position, and for this reason this position will be paid to scale.

This position will be paid to scale, meaning teachers can expect to earn between £120 and £179 per day based upon experience.

The academy is part of a large and extremely successful multi-academy chain. There is a large focus on collaborative learning, and creating an innovative learning environment for students. With another of the academy chain in close proximity, this is a good opportunity to establish yourself within a chain, and often schools within the trust will ask for teachers that have previous experience within the trust.

*A teacher with experience teaching Health and Social Care to Key Stage 5 students.

*A teacher with QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
