Attention all experienced and passionate education professionals!

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic and dedicated team. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SEND pupils, helping to provide high-quality education and improve their learning experiences.

You will be responsible for covering classes when needed, setting up and monitoring interventions, and providing support for planning and behaviour management for SEND pupils.

You will also be expected to input interventions into our Provision Mapper and attend parent meetings with the SENDCo and other SEND HLTA, working collaboratively to ensure that our SEND pupils receive the best possible support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND, a passion for working with children and young people, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of supporting SEND pupils, experience in behaviour management, and be confident in using a range of interventions.
