Qualifications and Experience: While a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory. However, previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Your passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning journey are what truly set you apart.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students across various year groups. Your responsibilities will include providing SATS support in Year 2 and Year 6, ensuring students are well-prepared and confident for their assessments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cover PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time throughout the school, collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging and enriching lessons.
