As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and adapt curriculum materials
• Supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Encouraging and motivating students to excel academically and socially

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with students with diverse needs
• The ability to adapt and think creatively to meet individual student requirements
• A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
