An experienced Houseparent is required for a full-time position starting in Sept in this outstanding specialist music school in Watford.

Houseparents play a vital role in the pastoral well-being of the Students.
The post carries responsibility for the welfare of pupils from Year 6 through to the Sixrh doem. Essential qualities of a Houseparent are a good sense of humour, enjoyment of working with teenagers, stamina, and computer literacy but most importantly, that you are interested in the care and development of the students and preparing them for life beyond school. This post would suit someone already involved in pastoral care, interested in pursuing a career in education or with experience in the caring professions.
