Job Title: Humanities Teacher (Geography, History, and RE)
Location: Cheltenham
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (September 2024 - January 2025)
Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience and pay scale, but daily rates start from £140 per day up to £240 per day PAYE

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated team at a school located on the outskirts of Cheltenham. This exciting opportunity involves teaching Geography, History, and Religious Education up to GCSE level, contributing to the intellectual and personal development of our students.

As a Humanities Teacher at this school. you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your ability to inspire and educate in Geography, History, and RE will contribute to the development of well-rounded individuals with a strong foundation in the humanities. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, and your dedication to providing high-quality education will be central to achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Geography, History, and RE to students up to GCSE level.
* Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for humanities subjects.
* Contribute to the development of the humanities curriculum.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Geography, History, and RE up to GCSE level.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
