Tradewind recruitment are currently working to recruit a pool of excellent 'Intervention Teachers' to work in schools in and around Hull on an initial flexible basis. Due to the current crisis, our partnership schools have expressed a need for specialist teachers, teaching assistants or graduates in: Maths, English and Science, who are willing to work with small groups to help 'catch up' from the missed time.

Tradewind work with different/schools/academies in the Hull and East Riding area, providing welcome variety for practitioners. This could be an excellent step at the beginning of your teaching journey, and could provide invaluable experience for graduates looking to complete a teaching qualification in the near future. Initially this will start as a 'casual' booking, completing work as and when it is needed. In the future this could become a more fixed 'long term position'. Payment for this position will be on an hourly basis, and will be between £15.00 and £26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The perfect candidate:
*Strong knowledge in: Maths, English and Science (to GCSE level)
*Experience working in small group settings
*Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH
*A keen, committed practitioner who is willing to give their all to their students
*A team player who works well within a group setting (you will be part of a large department)
