Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a real difference in education? Tradewind are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher who wants to take on a TLR and subject responsibility in September.

Role Overview: As a Key Stage 2 Teacher with a subject lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to the students. You'll inspire, motivate, and engage children in their learning journey, while also taking on additional responsibilities within a core subject area, such as mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development
  • Lead a core subject area, such as mathematics, by developing curriculum materials, coordinating resources, and guiding fellow educators
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young learners
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals
