We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our KS1 (Key Stage 1) team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children, helping to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 students.
Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning.
Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Supporting students during group activities and independent learning tasks.
Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and academic progress of all students.

Requirements:

Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
