This position is long-term, full-time and to start after Easter, for initially 1 term with the strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

The school is looking for a qualified KS2 Teacher with previous experience in the classroom who is confident in planning and delivering lessons up to Key Stage 2. You will have the full support of all members of staff and management throughout the school, with the option to join other members of staff on extra-curricular activities, during and outside school hours.

The successful Key Stage 2 candidate should be fully committed to planning and delivering a high quality KS2 framework to support children's learning and development by using a range of innovative and challenging activities to help improve children's communication, numeracy and reading skills.

The successful Key Stage 2 Teacher will be provided with a thorough induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities available for all staff members.

The school has notable transport links and easy on-site parking for visitors and staff.

*The ability to foster a positive and safe classroom learning environment
*A real desire to make a difference and prepare pupils for further study
