We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join Tradewind in Ashton-Under-Lyne.

More detail: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with classroom activities and preparing learning materials.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help.
- Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in lessons.
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and nurturing approach to working with young learners.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in children's lives.
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
