Learning Support Assistant (1:1)

Tradewind Recruitment is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced One-to-One Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Widnes. This is a full-time position, with the primary responsibility of providing support to a child in Key Stage 2 who has specific learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer one-to-one assistance to a student in Key Stage 2.
  • Tailor support to address individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to implement effective strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the development of the student's social and academic skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a One-to-One Support Assistant.
  • Commitment to a full-time position.
  • Passion for supporting children with autism and ADHD.
  • Ability to adapt and implement strategies to meet the unique needs of the student.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
