Role Specifics:
*Working as a learning support assistant with a boy in Year 1
*Experience with SEN is vital
*Child has diagnosis of ASD, limited communication skills and has some behaviour needs
*Applicant needs to be able to embed and follow routines
*Structure and consistent approach as an LSA is crucial
*Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum is needed
*Having a calm and nurturing persona is important
*The child is new to the school and arrive at the end of November
