Join our vibrant team in South Gloucestershire, serving areas such as Patchway, Thornbury, Kingswood, Filton, Yate, Emersons Green, and Longwell Green, as a Learning Support Assistant. In this position, you'll provide tailored 1-2-1 and small group support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs within a KS3/KS4 PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) school.
This full-time role offers stability and consistency, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation will be based on experience, ranging from £85 to £100 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students through lessons to foster academic achievement.
- Build trusting relationships to support emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to deliver regular progress feedback.
- Utilise diverse strategies to address individual learning needs.
