Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Oldham
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to teachers and students across the school, assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated learning activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted intervention and support, ensuring all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers, promoting a supportive and inclusive school community.
• Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and nurturing learning environment, supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
• Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students of all ages and abilities.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning, with a genuine passion for education and child development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and enriching learning environment for all students.
