Role Details:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll leverage your expertise to support the academic development of students in collaboration with the class teacher and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding individuals, small groups, or the entire class in activities.
• Creating a supportive learning environment aligned with lesson plans.
• Assisting in lesson planning and resource preparation.
• Providing consistent feedback on student progress.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and adhering to behaviour policies.
• Building positive relationships with colleagues, professionals, and parents.
