Position: Maths Specialist for Alternative Provision

Location: Preston

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Term: Term time only

Responsibilities:

As a Maths Specialist, you will be working with small class sizes (no more than 5 students) at both KS3 and KS4 levels, providing tailored support and fostering a positive learning environment for pupils with SEMH needs. Your commitment to excellence and innovative teaching methods will play a crucial role in helping students overcome educational challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Maths Specialist with relevant experience in school settings.
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of each student.
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to creating a supportive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique requirements of alternative provision.

Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday schedule during term time.
• Competitive daily rate of pay starting from £120.89 - £211.96.
