Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a talented maths teacher to join a Catholic academy in north Manchester.

This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from April 2024 to July 2024.

The Role

Teacher of Mathematics to GCSE

Five days a week

Positive confident behaviour management skills

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to the changing needs of students.

Experience of the GCSE AQA syllabus would be beneficial.

Experience of catch-up lessons and intervention in key stage 3 would be helpful.

The academy are interested in hearing from Early Career teachers and experienced QTS teachers and FE qualified teachers with recent experience of teaching Maths to students aged 11 to 16.

To join us and be successful in this Maths Teacher role, you will need to:

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS or equivalent Further education qualifications such as PGCE14+ or Certificate of Education
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work full time in the UK with no restrictions
